The Sovereign Network is a community-owned decentralized internet infrastructure project. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Participation in the decentralized mesh network
  • Token-based reward systems and UBI distribution
  • Community governance and voting mechanisms

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • We are not responsible for any losses related to token holdings
  • Token distribution is subject to network rules and governance decisions

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by The Sovereign Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

8. Node Operation

If you participate as a node operator in The Sovereign Network, you agree to:

  • Operate your node in compliance with applicable laws
  • Maintain reasonable uptime and connectivity
  • Not manipulate or game the reward distribution system
  • Keep your node software updated to the latest supported version

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sovereign Network and its contributors, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Sovereign Network and its contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
