What happens when you request data deletion?
- We verify your identity using the email address you provide
- We send you a confirmation email with a verification link
- Once verified, we begin processing your deletion request
- All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days
- You receive a final confirmation that your data has been deleted
What data is deleted?
- Account information (name, email, profile data)
- Beta program registrations and invite data
- Newsletter subscriptions and communication preferences
- Support tickets and correspondence
- Analytics data linked to your account
Note: On-chain blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be deleted. However, any personally identifiable information linked to those transactions in our systems will be removed.
